5) How much will it cost to resolve my legal problem? 

We are certainly mindful of your interest in controlling the cost of legal services.  Our legal services are customarily rendered on an hourly fee basis at a reasonable rate.  Although we wish it were possible to provide an exact estimate of the total fees and costs anticipated to be incurred throughout the representation, each case is unique and some uncertainty exists because we do not exclusively control all variables affecting the representation.  At the initial consultation and as representation progresses, if an attorney-client relationship is established, we will endeavor to provide a more informed estimated range based upon your specific situation, objectives and desired scope of representation.  Please understand that any estimate is dependent upon various factors, such as the time and effort needed to devote to the representation, the complexity of the action, the skill required to perform the legal services properly, the vigorousness of the opposition, the time constraints imposed and other unforeseen circumstances.  The actual time required may be greater than expected, and actual costs may exceed any estimate.  Even so, we remain committed to our aspiration of providing quality, legal services with personal service at reasonable rates.

  2. Any existing written contract, such as a lease, promissory note and mortgage, business agreement, or any other document evidencing the terms of an arrangement or deal;
  3. Any relevant correspondence exchanged, such as letters or emails;
  4. Any applicable pictures, drawings or videos;
  5. A detailed list of expenses incurred;
  6. Any related payment receipts or other accounting ledger;
  7. A brief list of important questions;
  8. A thoughtful, objective and receptive attitude; and
  9. Payment for legal services to be rendered.
