Reported Cases

Bermont Lakes, LLC v. Rooney et al., 980 So.2d 580 (Fla. 2nd DCA April 2008). Attorney Lance Ball successfully represented a buyer of real property in a transaction in which the appellate court held that when a seller contracts to sell vacant land and thereafter discovers that it does not own a portion of the land to be sold, the purchaser may nevertheless seek specific performance and compel sale of that portion of the land the seller does own.
